36 Chester Street West has all the conveniences of a luxury boutique hotel suite with daily servicing available, a personal chef or private catering if required (POA), and with restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Yet, you will also get so much more than the usual luxury suite in a boutique or luxury hotel - it's all your own, you don't have to share with other hotel guests!

First Floor
A beautiful spacious living space with an open-plan seating, dining area and kitchen. A gas open fire creates a warm atmosphere and a 42” flat screen TV with a state of the art multi-room sound system provides full entertainment. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table comfortably seats 6-8 people. This stunning double-aspect room is light and bright and has views to the green and tranquil Cranmer Square. On this floor is also a double bedroom suite with a king-bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower. There is built-in wardrobe space and bi-fold French doors to a balcony overlooking the courtyard and 20 m heated lap pool.
Mezzazine Floor
Suspended over the living room is a mezzanine floor with a “home office” equipped with desk, computer and all-in-one printer/scanner/copier. Direct dial phone with free local calls. There is also a day couch.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a smaller living room or snug with bi-fold French doors to the north facing sunny private enclosed courtyard and swimming pool. The courtyard area has a dining table and seating for six people to dine al fresco.
